Order Processing

Most paid orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders may require additional processing time because of payment verification, address verification, product availability, seasonal order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

• Orders from $0.00 to $44.99 USD: $5.99 USD shipping fee.
• Orders of $45.00 USD or more: Free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping option and final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and other destination fees are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery normally takes 7–15 business days.

Including order processing, the total estimated time from placing an order to delivery is approximately 8–18 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, customs inspection, local postal service, severe weather, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Split Shipments

Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately because of availability or fulfillment arrangements. When this happens, separate tracking information may be provided. Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because an order is divided into multiple parcels.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel appears to be missing, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Include your order number, tracking information, and clear photographs where applicable.

We will review the available information and may contact the carrier before determining an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund where applicable.

Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
